Committeewoman, Buena Vista Township                                                              2000-present

·        Initiated, organize, and promote annual Senior Health/Awareness Fair that addresses medical, financial, and legal issues for more than 700 seniors over the past 6 years;

·        Spearheaded township kindness campaign that resulted in Buena Vista Township’s designation as South Jersey’s kindest town, 2001;

·        Defeated Fox Television’s attempt to exploit Buena Vista Township schoolchildren through an episode of “The Simple Life.”

 

Township Liaison, Atlantic County Housing and Rehabilitation Committee      1998-present

·        Identify township homeowners in need of state and county funds to maintain their residences.
