State Building Permits are required for new home construction, new roofs
and shingles, siding and certain window changes. State of New Jersey
Construction Code Officials handle these permits on behalf of Buena Vista
Township
Zoning Permits
The Township Zoning Officer handles permits for many types of home
improvement projects such as additions, sheds, porches, fences, patios,
chimneys, pools, garages and home occupations.
