Public Works Director Richard Calareso

Richard Calareso has been a resident of the Township for 25 years. His is a retired 30-year veteran of the Vineland Police Department. Rich was a Patrolman for 15 years (from 1971-1987) and Sergeant for 15 years (1987-2001). He was assigned to the Patrol Division and attached to Criminal Division, Identification section. Then transferred to the Identification Section in 1983.

Rich was placed in the Commanders Position in 1996-2001 and Managed the following: budgeting, purchasing, confidential files, product research, computer data entry, inventory control and job scheduling with manpower availability.

Rich is a graduate of Cumberland County College with an Associate Degree in Police Science and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts.

Rich was hired by Buena Vista Township in November 2001 and worked as Public Works Driver/Laborer from 11/01 to 3/02. He then received the position of Parks Supervisor from 3/02 to 1/03. In January 2003 Rich was promoted to Public Works Director.

	Robert Pagluighi, Driver/Laborer Bob has been with the Township since 2004.
	Frank Sedio, Driver/Laborer Frank has been with the Township since 2004.
	Charles Mallory, Driver/Laborer Charles has been with the Township since 2006.
	Wayne Joslin, Driver/Laborer Wayne has been with the Township since 2007.
	Soren Hudyma, Laborer Soren has been with the Township since 2007.
	Carlo Merighi, Public Works Assistant Carlo has been with the Township since 2006.
