Committeeman Peter Bylone conducts tour for EDA Officials

Buena Vista Township Committeeman Peter Bylone recently conducted a tour of the Vineland Cooperative and Produce Auction for U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) officials.  Funds from EDA have assisted in the expansion and modernization of product cooling facilities. 

Committeeman Bylone, is also the manager of the Vineland Produce Auction.  Peter presented the tour to EDA Regional Director Paul Raetsch and Assistant Secretary David A. Sampson, as well as federal, state and local officials.   

The EDA officials toured a total of three sites in the four-county South Jersey Economic Development District region.  Additional sites included the Pastridor NV facility at the Vineland Industrial Park and also Buena Borough where a grant award for $1 million was issued to help develop the Buena Commerce Center.
