BVT LOOKS FOR WAYS TO ADDRESS ATV PROBLEM
During the past few months, Buena Vista Township has been looking for solutions to ATV problems. We are looking for ways to address very serious concerns regarding noise, destruction of property, and the illegal operation of Off-Road Vehicles. There have been a number of deaths in the area and related accidents because of these vehicles.
The Township is in the process of contacting the Governor and State Legislators to look for solutions to these problems.
Buena Vista is always looking for ways to keep our residents safe. Ordinance No. 14 – 1997 was established outlining the rules and regulations for use of ATV’s and Off Road Vehicles within the Township.
