The Township has assigned numbering to all streets in Buena Vista. Your tax bill will show your street and/or mailing address.
All homes and businesses are required to display property numbers. Numbers must be at least 3” high, reflective and placed where they can be clearly seen from the street in an emergency. For example, if your house is more than 50’ off the road, you must post your numbers at the end of your driveway. If you place your numbers on your mailbox, it MUST be located at the end of your driveway on the SAME side of the street as your home to avoid confusion. When in doubt, a separate sign should be placed to avoid confusion.
